Remarks
In addition to the primarily collected PIAAC data, there are additional para data available that will be provided to the scientific community. In Germany, PIAAC was also transferred into a panel, in which the respondents are surveyed over three consecutive years. Additionally, the national supplement study “Competencies in Later Life” (Cill) examines PIAAC among 66- to 80-year-olds. For the study on the relationship between skills and labor market prospects of low-skilled workers in Germany, additional data on 26- to 55-year-olds was collected. Both studies offer further potential for analyses.
