This data set constitutes a near-natural realization of the European terrestrial system, which cannot be obtained from observations, and can, thus, serve as a reference for global change simulations including human water use and climate change.

We are an official repository of the International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP), hosting Legs 150X and 174AX onshore cores drilled as part of the NJ/Mid-Atlantic Transect, and the New Jersey Geological and Water Survey (NJGWS).
